When it comes to that time to discuss fees with your accountant, whether it being a new accountant that you are agreeing initial fees with or whether you want to increase or decrease the current services with an existing accountant, it’s always a hard decision and sometimes an awkward conversation.

Don’t always assume that if you pay more then you are guaranteed to get a better service. Some times you will, some times you won’t.

Take your time to question the accountant, read reviews, ask for recommendations. It’s so important to be able to get along with your accountant on a personal level, not just a business level.
